Thanks again to both of you. My connection seems tobe ok now. Next I
will try to work on Outlook Express which konked out weeks ago. At least
I can now use webmail. Thanks so much!

?? Do you mean by removing the Hotfix in Ad/Remove programs as Jim suggested? Or are you referring to something else?
