'endless summer' hydrangea

Wondering if anyone has purchased 'endless summer' hydrangea yet?.. or
even better had access to it previously. 

I would love to get one and even have a space, but don't like the
comment of "It is usually hardy here in our zone 5".... what is with the
'usually' comment. Figure it is or it is not!

How many years do you think it will take to get the price down on it
too....
