I don't use any of the 'cides (pesta or herba) myself, but I have
read that this is the only thing that is effective on vine weevils,
FWIW.  Have always been leery of systemics precisely because it seems
to me that if they get into the plant's system, they have got to
affect the pollen and nectar.
