Re: Happy Holli!!!

Kitty,
I have no idea how long it will take for the Powder-puffs to bloom, will
have to do some research on it tonight. I purchased the pods off of ebay and
most of the time you do not get much information.

As far as the plumerias, this is the first time I am trying them. Once
again, Ebay. I purchased 2 varieties..
KONA HYBRID and ALOHA

I will have to bring them in come fall along with some other tropicals I
have purchased this year.

What is wonderful, is the non expected to happen!

Indeed it is a great feeling!

Oh, Holli, those look like so much fun. I've only seen something that
resembles it, a red flowered shrub, in our botanical conservatory - maybe a
distant relative. How long until yours flower?
What kind of Plumeria do you grow? I had a similar feeling earlier this
week. I had planted Bears Breeches, Acanthus mollis, usually listed as a
Zone 6 plant, in a well protected spot last year. I kept looking this
spring, but there was no sign of it. But just the other day, I glanced over
and there it was, up nearly a foot! There's that great feeling you
mentioned!
