Favorite Salvia

Ceres, I'm partial to S. greggii of any cultivar these days, but I'm
learning about so many new ones that it's hard to say. For us, the greggii
stays semi-evergreen, blooms like crazy, attracts all the hummingbirds, and
roots in about a week from cuttings. It also tolerates my clay soil so
that's a huge plus for it in my book!
Now, what is everyone else's favorite and why?
