Donna, for you sun tea try decaf tea bags. You might be surprised how fast
you get used to it vs caffeinated. Not opposed to caffeine at all, and am
in fact, a coffee freak in the morning. But when I'm seriously dehydrated,
I prefer either water or if I can't stomach that at the moment I drink
decaf iced tea with Splenda. Never know the difference between that and
"Sweet tea." (No lemon here either) I keep it in the fridge all the time.
Drinking some right now as a matter of fact....
