I like 'Moonbeam' yarrow planted with my guarnitica and my 'Black and Blue.' In another bed I have Black & Blue with echinacea, rudbeckia and an old-fashioned purple monarda.

Enjoyed all the discussion about salvia varieties. Greggii is my favorite and hope to round up some more colors next year. Question: What do you all have planted with your salvias? Any particular combinations that you really like, either as to colors, growth habit etc. of other plants? Am trying to get some design ideas so as to go a little beyond just buying what strikes my fancy, and overall design conceptualization has always been a weak link for me.
