Re: shade garden

Kitty-got most of it in-still some Japanese painted ferns that need a home. PLanting it actually helped my back as I needed to stretch it out. It rained all evening-power went out at 7:30 and didn't come back on until 3:00 am. I was not a happy camper. It was SO humid. But, I lived through it. ;-) I'm thrilled to have gotten so much stuff in the ground, but still have lots to do. At least I don't have to go buy a bunch of new stuff, which was the reasoning behind my bringing everything I ever planted at the other house.

Andrea, Re> We
are getting pounded at the moment, which is fine with me-supposed to rain
all night and into tomorrow. We need it desperately.

I hope you got your shade garden planted before it hit. What kinds of plants are in it? I too have a zillion things in pots waiting to be planted. Why do I do it? Hope your back is better.

I'm finally making it to putting in my shade garden. I started last night. I keep looking around thinking "where did all this stuff come from" and then I remember that I just HAD to bring it with me. Ah well, it will be pretty when it's all in and growing together. My back is a bit tender so I'm moving slow but it's getting there. We haven't had rain in weeks so if anyone wants to do
a rain dance and send some my way please feel free.
