Theresa - snapdragons are hardy here and we're 8A. When they start to poop
out do you cut them back and keep water on them occasionally? That's what I
do in July and they come back in October and bloom once in late fall and on
and off from February until about the end of June. I like them in hanging
baskets on the front porch. ESE exposure. And four o'clocks do the same
thing here.
