Bonnie was one of the most generous, caring, and truly beautiful people with whom I've had the pleasure to correspond. I'm sorry we haven't connected much over the past couple of years. She was always doing something for her family or others, making life more pleasant for anyone who crossed her path. I recall sending her some Virginia bluebells for her red, white, & blue garden years ago. I hope they multiplied for her. My thoughts of her will multiply every year when I see my bluebells in bloom.
Bill, my heart goes out to you. You had the best darned girl God could give you, didn't you?

She had come home early on Friday with what appeared to be flu like symptomsof 102.5 temp. I took her to the doctor on Saturday morning early and by that time she had a low grade temp and sharp pain in her left ear. The doctor said she had a bacterial infection in the sinuses, prescribedantibiotic, pain pills and ear drops for pain. He also gave her a shot for pain. I brought her home and by that time she was drowsy from the shot andshe when to bed. I went out and filled her prescriptions. When I returned I woke her andgave her the antibiotic. She slept the remainder of the morning and through lunch. At dinner time she was still sleeping and I didnt disturb her. She woke up around 8:30 and I gave her two of the pain pills. A little later Iput the drops in her ear and we went to bed. That is the last I spoke to her.She was the love of my life for more than 40 years and I still have not cometo terms not having her near. Bonnie considered you to be a very dearfriend you brightened her life and I am grateful to you for your friendshipBlessings, Bill -- Pam Evans Kemp TX zone 8A --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE GARDENCHAT
