Cincinnati Flower Show

Well to be strictly correct, and to confuse matters further, it's
actually in an area called California, Ohio.
I think it's right outside the city boundary proper!
But Cincinnati is the nearest large town.   LOL
And I vaguely recall that the family that financed and built old Coney
Island here traveled to Italy frequently so what else would they call
their man made lake?  And I doubt that it's large enuf to be on a map!
Two sons also brought skinks back on a trip in the 30's and this
neighborhood of mine is the only place outside Italy that they exist!  Or
so we're told.

Heck, we even have a 'Coney Island' in Ft Wayne, IN.
But Lake Como? There's one in Italy, another in Florida, yet another in
Pennsylvania, and one that I couldn't quite decipher whether it is in
Montana or Idaho or on the border or what.....but I couldn't find one in
Ohio or New York. Talk about confused!
