Jim, that Bombax malarabicum you shot is surely one
remarkable tree; does it set seed ? In your close-up
shot, the flowers appear to be accompanied by spherical
brown (black in the upper right) spheres which might be
either unopened buds or seed pods. If it does set seed,
might I beg one from you ? I enjoy trying oddball plant
seeds and would like to see if they'd germinate and grow.
