Re: Grits


Oh yeah - that's that good Pennsylvania Dutch kind of cooking. My Nana's
people were PA Dutch and honey could that woman cook. She'd use those
same great noodles and slap in a big pot of chicken and noodles to cook
all day long w/ veggies and it was torture having to smell it all day
and not be able to eat it. This pot was practically big enough to use
for a small hot tub. I can still smell it. Fortunately we have a PA
Dutch bakery right in Kemp so I can get those good noodles again. Yummy.
But my chicken and noodles aren't as good as Nana's.
