What about a ziplock baggie instead of a capsule? I have those and it seems
like it would be easier to get the pollen in it!

I'd use large gelatin capsules; can be had from a pharmacist.
Or me, if you want a handful.
And shipped in a Jiffy bag or other well-padded envelope.
