Thanks Rich. That's what I thought. The bigger one is blooming right now...the smaller..not many blooms because I had to prune it back in the fall. So, I'll even them out a little bit when the green leaves appear. Thanks for your help.

You're correct, prune them after they bloom, or you'll be waiting a year or so to see the blooms. I'd just remove about a third of the oldest stalks this year, a third next year, and the last the following year.
