Lord, yes, I remember it.  We only have 89 subscribers to our water system so 
everybody pays a lot for water.  I don't know why we had to get it since we 
are right over the best aquifer in the world. There are artesian wells all over 
the place.  I'm sure it was politically motivated (what isn't anymore).  I am 
just annoyed with the people who gave their word to participate and then 
reneged at the last minute.  We don't have sewers yet, but I'm sure they'll be 
here soon enough.  Then we can all go broke. <LOL>
