EXACTLY! And, no Ceres, they don't use proper pruning techniques. These are
city workers, not landscape profs. The city could hire Preservation tree Co
if they would spend the $ but I'm sure it's too expensive for them, or too
much of a pain, or whatever. That's going to be one of my campaigns in the
future. Have it done properly.
