Re: artemisia cuttings


No experience with these cuttings, but most cuttings want a moist, warm medium, and decent light [light shade, if outdoors, is usually best]. Not wet; neither cold nor hot; neither bright nor dark. If they were not treated with RooTone or TakeRoot rooting compound, you might consider sprinkling some around the base of the cuttings so the next time they are watered, the fungicide will penetrate the medium.

that mattered as much to me as these... I put them in some nursery pots
with light potting soil, watered them, spritzed the foliage, and made
some little plastic tents to keep the humidity in. They are in a bedroom
where the cats cannot get to them, and will get indirect sunlight.


Is this a good way to go or have I done anything I should go promptly undo or redo?
