Re: Christmas cactus

I wasn't very good to my Christmas cactus. It had completely outgrown it's pot long ago. I kept postponing the re-potting. Finally got around to it and it started buds almost immediately and is rewarding me with lots of blooms now.

Mine (all indoor, of course!) has several flushes of blooms, from mid
fall to mid spring. It is never out of bloom during that period, just
periods of "more" and "less".

All of our zygos--maybe a dozen or more of them--are outdoor

bloom. Amazing. I don't know when the last one will get around to it.
