Yes, you do. I belong because I can get mass quantities of cat food way cheaper than anywhere else. If you would like me to check out the cost of big containers of cinnamon I'll be glad to.

I would assume you'd have to be a club member for Sams.

Sam's has huge containers of all kinds of spices, and I'm sure they are a lot cheaper than Penzey's. Check out Sam's online. Costco probably has spices in bulk, too.

In an orchid presentation at H&G show yesterday, she showed that she uses
cinnamon on all cuts as a fungicide. Regular old kitchen spice. God knows
where she got a quart container of it.

Hmm- what kind of fungicide? Theresa james singer wrote:Probably ought to be 8-10 inches long. It's going to bleed; I dunk them
in rootone to stop the bleeding and cover the wound with fungicide.
They're pretty indestructible, however.

I have some that made it so far. Pulmerias didn't but that is my
fault, I had put 2 in one VERY LARGE planter and wasn't able to get
them in the home in time. I was so disappointed, so I will be looking
for a few again, and wont make the same mistake again. Any one know where I can order some? I hope my gingers make it. We will see. Feeling pretty good this week so I am organizing to get ready for spring plantings. I am going to add some Cannas this year, already ordered a couple. :) Thanks Holli LI,NY In a message dated 3/2/2006 6:50:08 A.M.
