Re: Baby bunnies

Every spring when I was little and the land was being broken up for planting, the tractor drivers would inevitably plough up rabbit nests. I cannot count the number of baby bunnies that were brought to me for nursing with my doll bottles. Between those baby rabbits and the runt piglets I also raised it's no wonder that I am still a nut about animals.

Better stop at the store and get some rabbit fence and
line your "stock plants" tent tonight.....

BTW, I have baby bunnies yearly here (sigh), and those
babies will be up and moving in a couple hours. They
kinda look like mice at first when they first start
moving around. Betting they won't even be there by
tomorrrow morning... and by Sunday they will be
nibbling on your.....

Good thing you don't have to mow the grass, I always
get a few that way- they just don't realize they have
to move when the lawnmower is coming when they are
young.
