Re: Are we ready?

Yeh- my muscles are officially traumatized, I woke up several times last night when I turned over only to feel muscles I haven't used in a while and hear things popping. I suppose that is just my body saying "you are not 20 anymore"! But, my garden looks great and I'm happy!


The first day of spring is just around the corner, are you ready? What
happened to us exercising so we don't have the trauma of muscles rebelling
as we clean up the gardens? :)
