RE: Grr

The thing with a private enterprise is that if they have terrible service
all the time, are totally inept or incapable of providing the promised
product, they will eventually go out of business due to competition.  The
government has no competition.  And I agree with Zem that customer service
these days is abominable in many companies.

Guess I don't want to start a fight but I am not finding that businesses
from banks to medicine to construction do much better.
