You won't start a fight here, Bonnie. I have never before encountered so much incompetence, and the total lack of customer service makes it worse. I would have been fired from every job I ever had if I acted like some of the morons I have to deal with now.

offices don't seem to think they have to perform as normal businesses have

Just got my application for nursery dealer registration back from Illinois
Department of Agriculture.

Seems they raised their rates to $50 instead of $25.

Would've been nice if they'd updated the forms on their Web site.
