Yes- I agree- I've considered running away to some tropical island and getting thoroughly sunburned just to make up for the lack of sun this month. I'm glad I was outside earlier-cause looks like more rain an about an hour or so. Think I'll go to the feed store now to get more bird seed.

In this area we have had 7 count them 7 non rainy days this month. We are up to 40" of rain and there is no end in sight. Typically they are not heavy rains (except the flood during the New Year) but a quarter of an inch here and a half an inch there...and cold. However the sum total has left us soggy and bewildered and almost continually overcast. Nothings drying the sun makes very brief appearances and my plants aren't growing. IT'S DRIVING ME MAD!
