I usually plan on 6 weeks, but tomatoes are pretty forgiving. I've
planted them out as early as 4 weeks and as late as 10 (had to move them
to bigger pots  in the meantime though).

Ceres sent me some seeds for Babygirl tomatoes.  I'm wondering when to
sow them here; I'd start them inside.  Anyone know how many weeks b4
planting out that I would start them?

Everybody's quiet I guess. Nothing happening here in So Cal except we
did have a bit of rain last night - probably less than half an inch -
but I'm sure the plants welcomed it anyway. It was a cold storm too,
this morning all our car doors were frozen shut.
My onion plants showed up yesterday so I will be planting this weekend
if the weather cooperates. And I have a couple tomato seedlings up
already. More daffodils are starting to bloom which only accentuates

all

the clean-up work I need to do out front - ah well, what would life be
without a list of things to do?
