It's always a thrill when something that you've waited on finally blooms. Enjoy. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Pam Evans" <gardenqueen@gmail.com>

Several reasons. It's native and requires little supplemental watering, ithas the nicest natural shape and the very best fall color - deep burgandy leaves - of anything in the yard. Gives good shade too once it leafsout. Very fond of this little tree. When I first met Jesse face to face Iwas clearing out that very bed (Dec 99) and finally - it will flower (and berry). I am pleased. On 3/20/08, DP <pulis@mindspring.com> wrote:Congratulations!
