Although I don't use AVG, I NEVER use a link in an email to download
anything! You just never know if it is real or someone out to get you.
Things can be easily made to look like the real thing.
I would go to the site via another way- if you know the URL for the main site
and type it in. Safer to download that way.

Some of you use AVG. I received a message to update to the new free 8.5
version. When I attempted to run it I got a message that it doesn't have an
authentic publishing signature. So I decided to cancel the upgrade.
Anyone with opinions on / experience with this?
