I have no idea if the two are related, Auralie. While it fairly common knowledge that the axis has a wobble, I only know that it has wobbled from days of yore when the soothsayers recently discovered that Scorpios weren't Scorpios anymore. Nancy Reagan must be in cardiac arrest.
