Again, my 2 cents worth. Why get your britches in a bunch about the USDA. It
"ain't" going to change what they think we should know about our weather in
our own areas. We know more about what's happening in our areas than than
they do. "Yuk, yuk!!!!
Like I said, go with your OWN INSTINCTS as the weather progresses through
the seasons. Soon you'll be your own weather map. LOL. Good luck.
