There is also "White Sage" Salvia apiana.  Used by some Native Americans in
ceremony.  Gets to be a good sized plant with wonderful fragrance to the
leaves, small lavendar flower stalks.  The mature leaves are a white-silver
color.  I transplanted mine earlier this spring and thought I might have
killed it, so I bought another plant at the UCDavis arboretum sale.  well,
now I have 2, since the other one came back.  Now I'll really have a big
clump!

Jesse-there is a white Salvia greggii. I have one. If it does well and sets
seeds I'll save you some.
