Thank you for infor, Gene.  Plants that truely like dry shade are difficult 
to find.  You are zone 5 or 6?
    BTW, we had heavy frost on the ground Saturday morning.  I had all my 
babies in safe however I forgot a window box but it was under the overhang, on 
the south and a west wall of the garden room extended out giving it good 
protection.
