Yes David,
        This area is considered HighPlains semi-desert. You must be like
Greg Brown, singer-songwriter. Your fishing pole is never too far out of
reach. I understand that Horseshoe is nice. It went through some repairs
over the last few years to fix leaks and update the equipment. Drought does
have a few good points
