Washington was president from 1789-1797 and died 2 yrs later in 1799 at 67.
Kentucky became a state in 1792. I wonder when he got around to planting
those KY coffee trees. Most likely before he became president. So if there
wasn't a state when he planted them, I wonder what Washington called them?
Gymnocladus dioicus maybe?
