I suppose they figured "robust" was obvious.;+)
Actually, what I think it was, was that the synonym, Anemone vitifolia
'Robustissima' was discovered to be the same plant as A. tomentosa. (or that
the cultivar A.v. 'Robustissima' was actually a species, not a cultivar at
all) People accepted the species change, but forgot to leave behind the
cultivar name and attached it to A. tomentosa.
