RE: Restraint

I have a little hunk of this growing. Very nice. HCG says it blooms "with
the first hint of warmer weather to come" and they aren't kidding. In
February we usually get nights in the high 20s but the days can be high 60s
or 70s, it's then veronica liwanensis pops out its bright blue flowers. Most
of my daffodils aren't even blooming when it does. I have it under a large
sycamore so it gets bright light in the winter and is in shade all summer.
It has not spread as much as HCG says it will but it may be in more shade
than it really likes.
