Re: sun or shade?
Welllllllllllll...........it's actually for Seamus and the birds.
I've always had it in the shade before and only needed to chlorine it every
4-6 wks. Back to the shade now with a clean bowl.
Thanks.

algae grows faster in sun. and putting it in shade helps the water stay
cooler for the birdies.

I know lavender helps forstall it but I don't have any. I'm cleaning the
bowl with chlorine now and would like to keep it clean as long as
possible.
I can put it in sun or shade, doesn't matter.
Any suggestions?
