During a garden club tour last June, at one home we saw a hummingbird nest
in a small tree only 5 feet off the patio. When we arrived the female was
sitting on the nest which seemed about the size of a half dollar coin. She
left briefly and we saw two tiny babies in the nest. We still talk about it
at the garden club meetings.
