RE: Another OT


Less messy, but over the sink works too.  Just pour some warm (warmer than
body temp) salt water in you hand (cupped of course) and sniff in as much as
you can tolerate.  Repeat a half dozen times (letting the excess come out
and blowing you nose in between of course) Basically you are giving you
sinuses a salt water rinse.  - Gads I hope no one reads this over breakfast
in the morning!
