I have been a member of the Hort society for a while but don't get to attend very many meetings. I try to make the big yearly meetings. I am hoping to be at the OKC Beautiful meeting on Thursday at the Will Rogers Center. Are you going to that?
I remember the allergist garden on one of the first garden tours I went on... it was wonderful. Have you seen it?

Wow Tricia, I didn't realize that you were that close to OKC! Had some
friends who lived there while he taught at the university there. His
wife ran the antique mall for some time - another good resource for
garden decorations and typical junque. I've started to go to the OK hort
club meetings so maybe I'll meet you there someday! My allergist is a
member too! what a small world! Fran

Cathy: wow...we weren't that far apart on Thanksgiving...our family
drove to Lawton, OK...not too far from Wichita Falls, I think. We had
good weather, some rain, all the way down and back. We stopped in
Claremore OK to see Jesse and her family for a few hours on our way
home...what a treat! Hope all of you had a marvelous holiday with your
