Massage may be the best of all muscle relaxers--especially when coupled with, and following, a soak in a mineral hot spring. Nothing quite like it if the hot springs is hot enough [90 degrees F.] to turn the knots into putty.

Another thing that really helps is massage...if you can find a good
masseuse (? is that the right word and spelling?) and afford it.   My
chiropractor has a masseuse in his office, but I can't afford it plus
he's not there when I am....major sigh.
