I've been to Garden in the woods twice while visiting my sister- it is lovely! And they have some very neat plants that they propogate and sell too.

I would suggest the Arnold Arboretum if you are into woodies - it is the oldest public arboretum in the US. Mount Auburn Cemetery is one of the first examples of the "garden cemetery" movement. If you can drive some 25 miles southwest of Boston, the "Garden in the Woods" in Framingham has the largest collection of wildflowers and native plants in the Northeast. It is owned by the New England Wildflower Society.Cathy, west central IL, z5b On Nov 14, 2007, at 5:24 PM, Johnson Cyndi D Civ 95 CG/SCSRT wrote:I had never heard of them before so I looked it up.
