Re: baking
Update on turkey -
After a few hrs I thought I should stick the meat thermometer in to see if
the bird was done. Opened the oven and it was barely warm, though it had
really reached 350 b4 I put it in. Thermometer said 168, good enough, thnk
goodness. I tried bumping the temp up and the readout showed currently only
115 degrees.
I think I'm gonna need a new oven.
