I too am disturbed about catalogs. I have the same problem with the non-gardening varieties.

Has your weather continued to be crazy?
After the bizarre snowstorm, it turned quite warm here -
several days in the upper 60s and low 70s.  Now it's cool
again - 40s and rainy.  What worries me is that the azalea
that was turning nicely yellow and ready to lose its leaves
now has new green bud shoots at the tip of each yellow
branch.  I can't believe this is healthy.
