Re: strange gardening year

I must say this unseasonably cool weather is excellent for fall cleaning.  
The downside has been its effect on my arthritic hands -- a real bummer!  I have 
spent the last two mornings pulling Bermuda and other assorted grasses out of 
the very large bed I made last spring.  The absolute worst are goose grass 
and Johnson grass, which I have to get out with a shovel.  Oh, well, it's good 
exercise, and the cats are loving chasing everything I pull up. :-)  David, 
it's great to see you posting again.  When are you going to be on MSNBC?
