No bloom Stephanotis

Jim, my Stephanotis did not bloom again this summer.  It is yards long but no 
bloom.  I have had it on the north facing front porch for the summers but 
just returned it to the indoors garden room.  Is it possible it needs for light?  
Does this plant like to be root bound?
