Theresa, mine are all separated and moved into the house.   The problem is 
last winter I had 2 
bananas after separating the baby as I moved them into the house.   Now I 
have db +.   I have lots of shelving in my garden room but so many of my plants 
are so big they no longer fit on a shelf.   I just tossed the only geraniums I 
have even saved which are many yrs old, a pillar & a german variety.   I need 
to reevaluate each fall and generally select by availability and/or value of a 
larger plant.   I also take many cuttings.   It is raining here this morning 
so will work in the garage cleaning & moving the last of the containers 
inside.
