RE: uh oh

My previous manager and her friend did, but they did not watch the diet at
all; they seemed to increased the amounts of fatty/fried foods they ate, so
it didn't do them much good.  I didn't know anyone else who went.

Thanks Ceres for the congrats. Just eating less for the most part. I'm
thinking though that, as winter sets in, I'd better start up some sort of
exercise program.  Anyone on here ever tried Curves?
