Well, I hope it works. I signed up today, start tomorrow. It better work as I went shopping...and more shopping. Got this gorgeous chocolate brown wool suit -short tailored jacket and pants. The pants just fit, can't gain any weight. But then I do plan to lose some more.

My previous manager and her friend did, but they did not watch the diet at
all; they seemed to increased the amounts of fatty/fried foods they ate, so
it didn't do them much good. I didn't know anyone else who went.

Kitty, my weight is not fine.   I gained 12-15 # when I couldn't walk and
exercise due to my knee and I am not warm.   My husband just started
wearing

pants a couple of days ago.   I know I will be the one to cave in to heat
but
I am gripping my teeth and hanging in there so far.   62 is our
thermometer
max except when my mother visits.   She lives nearby so she never stays
for
the
night which our 58-59 would be intolerable for her.
