Thanks!  I thought it was kind of funny to be named "Jim" too- since you've help me so much trying to figure this out.

On to a new tree issue:
I need to replace the stupid bradford pear along the street (in the hell
strip). Any suggestions of what to plant? I want something deciduous- so
that I get the south sun on the house in winter....

Congratulations. Don't know the variety, but would suspect it's a  
keeper. May it produce enough fruit in a couple of years to make a  
cobbler or pie--delicious.
